Lee House Farm

Lee House Farm , producing some of the finest Organic Pork,Lamb, Beef, Eggs and Vegetables in West Sussex and Surrey.

Lee House Farm is our small mixed,free range organic farm .We are inspected and licensed by the Organic Food Federation .We produce pork,sausages and bacon from rare breed Gloucester old spot and Large Black pigs.We also have Shetland lamb,mutton and hogget. BRONZE TURKEYS for Xmas and proper traditional free range eggs,market garden grown vegetables and Sussex beef.

We are sandwiched between two ancient woodlands on the Surrey/Sussex borders. The farm contains SSSI and is,as such home to some of the rarest flora and fauna in the country.


Lee house Farm Animals - A little bit about how and where we produce our Organic Food


We work in conjunction with local conservation bodies to ensure that we continue to enhance our local environment . There are several local footpaths and bridleways and we welcome considerate and sympathetic visitors to our farm at any time. We started with stock from our last smallholding and it has grown organically from there.
We have Beautiful native Sussex cows, several small flocks of traditional free range chickens, housed in small home made “chickenvans” so that we can tow them around our small fields easily. There are various sheep and a motley crew of Rare Breed Gloucester Old Spot ,Middle White pigs, complemented by a very ginger Tamworth boar. As well as all that, we grow fantastic tasty vegetables and raise the odd turkey or two for Xmas!

Everything we sell is grown on the farm, so continuity is a word that keeps us on our toes!
We grow, cut and pack it all on the farm, including dry cure bacon, gammons, and our own famous sausages using prime fresh joints of our organic pork. You will not buy a better tasting, quality sausage. No additives, no preservatives, just good meat and careful attention. (Also available as gluten free)

We can cut to your requirements with appropriate notice, but obviously within the availability of our stock. We do not buy in to meet demand so do get your orders in as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Just send us an email or give us a call.


Lee House Farm History - Producing Organic Pork, Beef, eggs and Vegetables

Lee House Farm was an old, inaccessible chicken and vegetable farm dating back to the 16th century.

There has been a long tradition of Organic farming here dating back to the 1920’s. Local people have told me that they grew lettuce and strawberries which were bussed up to Harrods in the 1950’s from our fields! After that, 300 hens ranged the fields and the next owner used to take their eggs up to London in his Landrover every week until one day, he had to stop suddenly and the rest was inevitable.

Farming at Lee House ground to a halt until 1993 when we arrived in this beautiful oasis of wildlife and Nature hidden but an hour from London. We soon transformed it into the higgledy piggeldy farm that it is today.
